Techinservice Builds New UF-Resin Production Facility for Korosten MDF Plant

Techinservice Manufacturing Group has started construction of an urea-formaldehyde (UF) and melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) resin production facility for Korosten MDF Plant.

Project design works were made by own Design Engineering Department of Techinservice MG. Process equipment and steel structures for this production facility are manufactured by Grebenky Machine-Building Plant (GMZ), which is a part of the Manufacturing Group.

Start-up and commissioning works are scheduled to start on August 2015. The total duration of the project is 11 months.

The production facility capacity will be 150 tons per day.

This UF/MUF resin production facility will feature fully automated process flows. The automatic control system has been developed by Techinservice Intelligence, the automation engineering department of Techinservice MG.

All production processes of the new facility comply with the effective international standards of environment protection and industrial safety.

 “The Project has got the environmental approval certificate and complies with all requirements of the effective policies and standards not only of Ukraine, but also of the European Union,” General Director of Techinservice Manufacturing Group Igor Shchutskyy said.
