Techinservice Completed Installation Works at Sugar Refinery in Algeria

Techinservice Manufacturing Group won a tender for modernization of Guelma Sugar Refinery to double its production capacity.

Owners of the Refinery – Algerian company Sorasucre Guelma Spa – have chosen Techinservice as the equipment supply contractor after successful provision of TVA vacuum pans to Mostaganem Sugar Refinery and high-quality design, supply and installation of equipment for construction of the ultra-modern sugar factory La Belle in Algeria.

So far, Techinservice has completely supplied and installed five vacuum pans mod. TVA, two evaporators mod. TVP, cane raw sugar melting plant, juice purification station and massecuite receivers mod. UMT.

The modular structure of vacuum pans has once more confirmed its advantage and efficiency during installation works at the operating sugar refinery.

It’s worth noting that Techinservice mounted all the equipment supplied to double the production capacity of Guelma Sugar Refinery.

Now, our software engineers are engaged in installation of SimpleSug® automation system developed by Techinservice Intelligence (software engineering department of Techinservice), which will allow the Customer to continuously monitor the production process and eliminate the impact of human factor on the quality of the end product.

Start-up and commissioning works are planned to start this autumn.
